Jami's master’s degree in counseling and work experience combine to offer an array of perspectives.

In her pursuit for quality education, Jami enjoyed a variety of coursework. She was able to glean a great deal from her collegiate experiences.

Jami feels strongly that education doesn’t end with the classroom or a degree. She seeks other opportunities to receive training in areas that will help her serve others more effectively. She has attended a number of training and seminars. The following are just a few:

In between taking care of her family, Jami finds time to contribute to the community. She has taken an active role in many organizations and enjoys a variety of experiences.

Putting the Pieces Together

Have you noticed that everyone around you is different? And have you noticed that your attempts at changing others have been unsuccessful? Discover the four personalities and how you can understand yourself and others better. This information can help you relate better with others as you begin to see the different strengths and weaknesses of each personality as well as why people do what they do.
This session is the basic personality module and can be presented in 30-45 minutes.


Each of the following presentations can be better applied when The Personalities have been explained first. The first module (personality basics) can be added to any of the following modules or combination of modules. Time would vary depending on the information covered…30-40 minutes per module is needed.

Putting the Pieces Together—Teambuilding
Once you understand the basics about The Personalities, it can be helpful to apply them to teams. Whether your team functions in a business setting, student organization, or community club, there is a group of differing people working together to accomplish a task or purpose. Find out how to communicate, delegate tasks, and motivate people according to their personalities. Working with your team’s strengths and understanding their weaknesses will make your team more effective, productive, and happy.

Have you noticed that one style does not fit all, when it comes to teaching? Have you observed that one student learns in a very different way than the next? Discover how The Personalities can be put to good use in your classroom. Learn how to get the most from your students when you can work within their strengths and understand their weaknesses. Recognizing the different needs of the personalities can help you structure lesson plans that can be effective and productive. Relate to your students at a deeper level when you can see why they do what they do. Capture your class in a whole new way!

Putting the Pieces Together—Compatible Communication
Do you struggle to understand and be understood? Do you wish that you could relate with others in a more meaningful way? When you understand your personal strengths and weaknesses, you can communicate more effectively. Learn some ways to minimize your personality weaknesses and practice more healthy communication. Find out how you can tailor your approach according to the needs of your listener. When you understand how the different personalities communicate, you can make the necessary adjustments to help your communication feel more compatible.
